Makes art about people and creatures. Ideas flow from fact and fantasy. Digging deep into the fickle façade of fame and finance. I poke fun at the powerful. I gaze into the Sea of Memes.

I create characters and animations that start with a travel diary of photographs and moving images.

Remixing the ingredients with ink drawings, sponges, spray cans and pump action paint pens. Switching between stark monochrome or painterly colours that are bold and dramatic.

There’s something elusive about the process turning physical into digital art, something I can touch and bounce back into the computer. Drawn to digital because there’s a variety of creative tools for sharing and it’s easy to experiment with.

Originals are mostly made on thick paper or wood. Surfaces that can soak up all those thick luscious layers of paint to deliver a tactile hand finish. For my animations sweeping soundscapes are made with found sounds and through collaborations with other artists and musicians.

The digital art I make is minted (uploaded) onto the blockchain as digital artefacts to maintain it’s longevity, censorship resistance and sold on decentralised markets - TransientLabs, Manifold, OpenSea, Objkt and Rarible.
